How to get started with Flawless ProCleaning. Our booking process is personalized, simple, and takes four easy steps.
Step 1: Customize your service, and tailor the cleaning to your home.
Step 2: Get a quote instantly through our online booking form.
Step 3: Book securely. Our payment processor stripe uses a 100% secure 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card is not charged in full until the completion of service.
Step 4: Set up regular cleanings with your favorite cleaner. Once we match you with a certified cleaner, you can set up a one-time clean, weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.

To ensure your service goes smoothly, we suggest that you:
Communicate openly and clearly with your cleaner when giving instructions
Unless you have booked the home organization service, declutter your space (by clearing counters and tables, putting away toys, clothes and accessories, securing valuables, etc). The less time the cleaners spend decluttering your space before they can actually clean, the better your cleaning experience will be.
Please Note: Extreme clutter/Hoarding is considered an exclusion.
Performing a walkthrough at the beginning and end of each appointment.
This eliminates any gray area and sets clear expectations for both you and your cleaner.
Ensure that you indicate any areas you would like cleaners to focus on (or avoid altogether), whether in person or by utilizing the customer notes.
Remember, each customer has different expectations. To make sure yours are met, make them clear to your cleaner.
Your Flawless ProCleaning recurring cleaning services automatically renews based on the selected frequency and the date of subscription. (If you subscribe biweekly on January 1, your next appointment would be on January 15th)
We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee on our cleanings. If something is not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours, and we will return no later than 3 days to re-clean for free.

Cleaning deposits are non-refundable. However, can be utilized towards service for a different date as long as the rescheduling takes place more than 48 hours in advance of the original booking.
We get this question all the time. All of our general pricing/quotes do not include any tips or gratuities. While there is no magic number, those who choose to tip generally give around $5 - $20 per cleaner.
Yes. In instances where we are required to pay for parking, this fee is added to the total for your cleaning.
A deposit is required when booking but your card will only be charged in full upon completion of service. When your cleaning crew arrives, they will conduct a brief walkthrough of your home. This walkthrough helps ensure that the size and condition of your home or office matches the information submitted in your online order (if any disparities are noted, you will be notified). Once the job is complete, your card is charged, a receipt will be sent to you via email for your records. Note that in order to verify the validity of your form of payment, a temporary hold will be placed on the card the night before your appointment. This hold is NOT a charge and usually falls off within 24 hours.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Also open to Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay payments. Tips to your cleaner can be provided in cash.
In order to provide the best cleaning experience possible, we need time to prepare our cleaners to ensure that they are fully equipped for the job. For this reason, we ask our customers to give us at least 48 hours before canceling an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, will incur a $70 charge.
While we do not provide refunds, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. So if for any reason you are unhappy, just call or send us an e-mail within 24 hours of your service and we'll send someone out to make things right. That's our promise to you!
No. We bring everything needed to provide you with a great cleaning experience.
We use a combination of green and traditional cleaning products. While green products are used throughout the majority of your home or business, we prefer to use traditional products in bathrooms as that is the best way of disinfecting surfaces. We also use a few traditional products to provide a refreshing scent after each cleaning. For customers who prefer green products to be used exclusively or have chemical sensitivities, that's not a problem! Just let us know and we can accommodate your needs.
More than likely. While these decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, we can more than likely accommodate your needs.
No. You are not required to be home or at the business during any point of your cleaning. That being said, if this is your first appointment, it's usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home or business. Once your cleaning is complete, it's also a good idea to walk through the home or workspace again in order to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, all of our cleaners are NOT allowed to move or lift any furniture. In addition, they are NOT allowed to stand on any ladders with more than 2 steps or furniture. That being said, they do carry dusting poles which will enable them to reach an additional 3-5 feet.
We typically send 1 or 2 cleaners to each job depending on the size of the home or office to be cleaned. Flawless ProCleaning strives to send the same cleaners to your space each time you have a service, but this is not always possible due to availability.
If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A re-scheduled clean must be made within 3 business days of the original appointment.
The average time a cleaner will spend in your home or office varies depending on the size and condition of the space. At Flawless ProCleaning, we strive to complete all jobs within a 2-4 hour time period; however, will advise if it takes no longer. You will not be charged any additional fees regardless of the time of completion.
Areas that are often left cluttered will have the added time for proper organization. Some areas that are often left unorganized are pantries, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, etc.
We love animals, but they may not always love us. If you think your pet will be anxious around our cleaners, you can make temporary arrangements for them while we are in your home. You can leave instructions for your pets in the comment boxes on our booking form.

Yes. Rest assured that we are a legitimate company. As such, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
We try to make this as easy as possible. You can either call our office (850.776.1350) or fill out the quote form on our office cleaning page. Once we have that information, a Flawless ProCleaning representative will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with a ballpark estimate. If that estimate sounds good to you, we will then need to schedule a short site visit in order to finalize that quote.
Yes. Our reoccurring commercial cleaning services require a 6-month commitment. Don't worry though. We allow you to try our services without any commitment for 30 days. If you would like to continue working with us after that 30-day trial period, only then does the 6-month commitment come into play.
